Today, we are located in Umeå, Skellefteå, Kiruna, Uppsala, Gävle, and Luleå, where we have our headquarters, which will also be your workplace.
As an accounting assistant, you will play an important role in our finance team.
You will, among other things:
- Handle ongoing bookkeeping and ensure that financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, payments, order and inventory systems, as well as reconciliations.
- Perform other administrative tasks within finance.
- Collaborate closely with the business and support the group's continued growth.
You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration is a given, and with us, you will have great opportunities to grow in your role and develop your skills in finance and accounting. Your immediate supervisor will be the Chief Financial Officer, and you will work with Niemi Bil and the group's other companies.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in finance or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting work.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Experience in the automotive industry or growth companies is a plus.

You will work at our headquarters in Luleå, and the position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement.
